Like many photographers, my love affair with photography began at a young age. My first camera was something I saved up to buy in high school, and that camera helped to begin my entire career. In both secondary & post-secondary school I was trained how to have my camera as an extension of myself and be comfortable in any editing software. (Although, I've been a software junkie since grade 6!)

 

Quickly realizing in my early 20's that I needed more to take my entrepreneurial spirit and turn it into a successful and thriving business - I enrolled in business school in 2017. Graduating with a business certificate from Sask Polytech, and a new mountain of debt - I dove straight in and got focused.

 

By 2022, when I opened Boudoir by Bekka, I was able to finally go all in on myself. It was both the most liberating and terrifying experience not having any safety net and relying solely on myself.

 

Today, I employ my life partner and many up and coming entrepreneurs, and I get to travel making art. Meeting countless incredible souls along the way - client and creatives alike; this is a true dream come true for me, and I'd love nothing more than to have you jump in and join this incredible journey!
